PozAtlas provides cloud-based software for extracting Bills of Materials from AutoCAD drawings, cost estimation, and tender preparation. The scope of features depends on the selected plan.
Registration is required to use PozAtlas. You are obligated to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
PozAtlas offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, subscription plans apply according to the current pricing on our website.
You agree not to use PozAtlas for unlawful purposes, not to upload harmful content, and to respect the rights of third parties. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
Protecting your data is important to us. Details about the processing of personal data and uploaded drawings can be found in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance work will be announced in advance when possible.
PozAtlas is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. Users are responsible for verifying extracted quantities before using them in tender bids.
You may terminate your account at any time. For paid plans, the agreed notice period applies. After termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. You will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
